My love of nutrition began when I developed an interest in long-distance running. During training for my first half-marathon, I discovered that the foods I ate had a dramatic effect on how I felt, how well I performed, and how quickly I recovered. My interest quickly grew into a passion and I decided that I wanted to make nutrition my career. I enrolled in the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition the following year.
Since graduating in 2012, I have been helping clients address their health concerns and reach their weight-loss goals through individual assessments and online programs. In 2014 I expanded my business by becoming a Certified Personal Trainer and continue to grow my skillset as I work to complete the Sports Nutrition program through the International Olympic Committee.
My goal as a Holistic Nutritionist and Personal Trainer is to use my knowledge and experience to provide my clients with the most complete wellness package that I possibly can. I hope to offer each client, whether in-person or online, a program that teaches, encourages, strengthens, nourishes, and empowers. I want to help you not only reach your goals, but surpass them.
